Can funding support this?
Where eligible, we can structure projects to support DMAP, CanExport, IRAP, and SR&ED documentation. We'll tell you during scoping which programs may cover your work.
Can a project be phased?
Yes. For larger scoped projects, we can split the work into practical milestones inside the proposal. We keep those details private because every build has different scope, timeline, and delivery risk.
What isn't included?
Domain registration, third-party service fees, content writing, integrations, and special compliance requirements are scoped separately. Everything is transparent before you sign.
Refund policy?
Before work begins: full refund minus 5% processing. After first draft: no refund, but you keep all completed work. Full terms live in your signed agreement.
