FAQ
Questions, answered.
How long does the application take?
The intake form takes 15–20 minutes. OCI usually responds in 2–4 weeks. The digital plan and initial implementation typically take 2–3 months.
Do I pay upfront or after the grant is approved?
DMAP is a reimbursement program. You pay for services first, then submit invoice and proof of payment to OCI. They reimburse 50% of eligible costs up to $15,000.
What if my application gets rejected?
DMAP is a rolling, non-competitive program — if you meet the eligibility criteria, approval is highly likely. Our initial consultation verifies eligibility before you invest time.
Can retail or e-commerce businesses apply?
Consumer-facing retail and e-commerce are excluded from DMAP. They may qualify for the Retail Modernization Grant instead.
